Frequently Asked Questions

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

RTT draws from well-established areas of traditional psychotherapy, including Gestalt, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and mindfulness. It works by accessing the subconscious mind to identify and reframe the root cause of emotional or behavioral patterns.

How is RTT different from traditional therapy?

RTT focuses on rapid, deep transformation rather than long-term talk therapy. Many clients experience significant changes after just one session, as RTT works on the subconscious level where core beliefs and habits are formed.

Is RTT hypnosis?

RTT uses a light, guided hypnotic state to access the subconscious mind. You remain fully aware, in control, and able to speak throughout the session. It is not stage hypnosis—rather, it is a therapeutic, calming, and highly focused state of mind.

This state gently guides your brain into theta waves, similar to the relaxed space you enter during meditation or just before falling asleep. In this state, the mind becomes more open, receptive, and able to explore the root causes of challenges with clarity and ease.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You cannot be made to do or say anything you don’t want to. You are awake, conscious, and aware the entire time. Hypnosis simply helps you access deeper insight and clarity.

How many sessions do I need?

Many clients experience significant breakthroughs after just one RTT session. Some concerns—such as addictions —may require two sessions, while areas like weight management often benefit from a series of three sessions. The number of sessions depends on the depth, history, and complexity of the issue you’re working on.

How long is a session?

An RTT session typically lasts 90–120 minutes, allowing time to explore the root cause and create lasting subconscious changes.

What conditions can be addressed with RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is often used to support clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mindset-related challenges. While RTT is not a medical treatment, it can help address issues rooted in subconscious beliefs or patterns.

Common conditions addressed with RTT include:

  • Anxiety (general or social)

  • Low self-esteem or lack of confidence

  • Depression-like feelings (not a medical diagnosis)

  • Fear of failure or success

  • Phobias

  • Addictive behaviors (sugar, smoking, alcohol, screens)

  • Weight management

  • Procrastination

  • Insomnia or sleep disturbances

  • Relationship patterns

  • Stress-related physical symptoms (e.g., tension, migraines, IBS, skin flare-ups)

RTT works at the subconscious level to identify root causes and create lasting change, helping clients feel empowered, confident, and in control.

Services are designed to support emotional well-being and activate your natural capacity for self-healing. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

Is RTT safe?

Yes. RTT is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for most people. It is not suitable for individuals experiencing active psychosis or severe mental health crises, but for most clients it is a supportive, empowering method.

Can RTT help with physical conditions?

RTT does not diagnose or medically treat physical conditions.
However, it can support clients whose physical symptoms—such as skin flare-ups, migraines, tension, or IBS—are influenced by stress or emotional triggers.

What results can I expect?

Clients commonly report:

  • immediate emotional relief,

  • more clarity and confidence,

  • reduced anxiety or stress,

  • changes in habits or behaviors,

  • increased motivation and self-belief,

  • feeling “lighter” and more in control.
Results continue to integrate over 21 days as the subconscious mind adopts new beliefs.
